Services
Your non-physical offerings (e.g., Labor, Consulting, Repairs). Services act just like products in the POS, but they do not track physical inventory and therefore do not have Serial IDs.
How to Add a Service
- Navigate to Services
- Click Add Service
- Fill in the details: Name, Price, Description
- Link to Category if desired
Service Features
- Can be added to POS just like physical products
- Can be included on invoices
- Do not affect inventory counts
